Service Level Agreements (SLA)

We offer three different levels of SLA for your solution depending on the level of service that you desire. Companies have different requirements and you can choose the level that suits your needs. If you are unsure about which SLAs are best for you, we would be happy to discuss your wants and together we can reach an appropriate level. No matter what level you choose, you always have the opportunity to contact our dedicated support team. We have a technical staff around the clock to monitor all systems. If something goes wrong with your solution in the middle of the night, you do not have to wait several hours to get it fixed. Response time and access to round the clock hotline is provided in SLA.


Professional hosting

Professional hosting is a service where you let us handle all the administration of your solution. The service is provided not only when a problem occurs, but to prevent problems and downtime.


A Professional Hosting Manager (PHM) is assigned for you and we provide you a feedback within 60 minutes after an incoming request. The service also includes re-reading of the backup, restart the software / server, managed firewall, updates of operating systems, Server Health Report (SHR) and offsite backup of your data.
