News! Hosted Hyper-V

Hosted Hyper-V is a cloud-based Microsoft platform with a potential to deliver the highest level of stability and availability. The platform is redundant with a central storage area (SAN) and offsite backup. If one physical server on which your virtual server is located breaks down, your virtual server is automatically moved to a working hardware without any downtime.

Hosted Hyper-V give you as a customer great scalability and upgrades of the CPU (cores), HDD, RAM, and IP addresses can be easily carried out.

Do you have an existing Windows Server 2008 R2 environment, and want to move it out to the cloud, this is now very easy through the so-called P2V migration which means that a snapshot is created of your existing server, which then becomes your new server in our cloud.

As a Hosted Hyper-V client, you also get access to technical expertise outside office hours. This means that you at any time outside business hours (evening, night, weekend, etc.) can contact our second line department by e-mail that can help you with any emergency issues and operational problems. Backup & Image - Everyday an image backup of your virtual server is created which is stored offsite. You can contact Ipeer to get access to one or more backup files.

Automation - Installation, upgrade, downgrade, reboot, and backup is automated. The platform is completely automated, which means that minimal manual intervention from us and you, resulting in a lower overall cost.

Rights - You as a customer are assigned full administrative rights to your virtual server and thus you can access your server wherever you are. Connectivity and management is done via RDP (Remote Desktop).

Software & Applications - You can decide which software and applications to be installed on your virtual server. The installation is carried out by you as a client via RDP.

Failover - Your virtual server is located on one physical server. If this server goes down your virtual machine is moved automatically to another server without interruption of service.

Redundancy - Hosted Hyper-V is offered with high redundancy at many levels.

Own kernel - The operating system is Windows Server 2008 R2 with your own kernel that is supplied with your virtual server.

Resources - All resources in this service is dedicated. This means that you always have access to the promised resources (CPU, RAM, HDD, etc.) within the service.
